Galactic

So I'm all settled into my new place in London, and on my first weekend here I arranged to meet Stephanie for something of an improvised shoot. St. Dunstan-in-the-East is an old church close to the Tower of London, that's mostly in ruins. Thank you Tumblr for pointing me to this little gem. It is tiny but it's gorgeous. Stephanie was a blast to work with, and within the first five minutes of meeting we realized we had a fun little connection: Colombia. Strangely enough she's the first Colombian I've met in England. We spent the afternoon chattering away in Spanish and English. She had some awesome outfits that I especially loved as I am a fan of space. Excuse the rather out of place shots of the Tower Bridge at the end. I just really wanted photos of it.

Playing house

Big, massive thanks to our MUA Sarah Gray and house owners Steve and Sue for letting us frolic about in their beautiful house for an entire afternoon. Ella Ruth was working her own magic with model Jenny Hosty, while the lovely Lanty Zhang and I ran around, playing with all the amazing treasures we found in the house. It was a joy to be allowed to have the house for our shoot and we all had a great time.

Original title, I know. Finally got my former flatmate (sad face) and bestie (hehe) Natasha Todd to stand in front of the camera, along with Stevie. Because it's England, it was raining, but with a bin bag wrapped around my poor Nikon we braved the weather. Check out Tash's blog here.
