After a month of planning and being held back by the lovely British weather, Bex and I finally had our shoot. We were joined by the very talented Sarah who did triple-duty as MUA, came up with these amazing plaits and styled the autumn-inspired shoot. It's not a proper shoot in England without some rain and we were stranded in a restaurant for the better part of an hour before we could head off to the location. I am completely in love with this place. There's something about it that just pulls at my heart strings in all the right ways. I've been there before at a time close to sunset and the light breaking through the trees is pure magic. I love it so much I'm heading down there again with Ella for our August photo-adventure. I can't really do the shoot justice in writing, not right now, so on with the photos.

Inherited III
Here is the last part of my shoot with Ella Ruth Cowperthwaite, Inherited Sheffield, Sarah Gray, Nikki Hafter and Jack Wing. It was such a cool experience collaborating with Ella this way. Really looking forward to her photos from this day. In the meantime, if you're in Sheffield, definitely check out Inherited.

Inherited Part I
A couple of weeks ago, Ella Ruth and I walked into this amazing shop in Sheffield and asked (begged) it's lovely owner Josh to let us have a play with his gorgeous clothing. He said yes! Inherited is all about the East London brand of cool. Needless to say I covet many of the pieces and will be spending some pounds very irresponsibly. The shoot took place in the Botanical Gardens which is my go to place for insta-setting. Casting was a whirlwind of improvisation but our team was perfect. Josh was on hand to personally style the shoot (and keep all of us from running of with the clothes), Sarah Gray was our MUA and Jack Wing and Nikki Hafter where our pretty faces. It's a huge shoot so this is only part I of three. Enjoy.

COW vintage for S1 Magazine
A month ago I had the pleasure of working on another shoot for S1 magazine as stylist (first time, yikes) with Ismar as photographer and models Queenie and Frankie. It was loads of fun, even though it's been very cold in England for a while. I managed to get a few snaps on the day, though Ismar's polaroids stole the show, click here for his flickr.
